AI agents for sales orgs

Every rep, running agents.

We build the agent stack your SDRs actually use: sourcing, research, personalization, reply routing, and attribution. Then we teach every rep to run it, and we operate it with you month to month.

Built and running in production for a venture-backed enterprise SaaS sales team, every weekday.

The gap

Your team already has the tools. Pipeline still leaks.

On a large team, small cracks add up fast. Before we automate anything, we find where pipeline is actually leaking, using your own CRM data. Here's what that audit turned up at our most recent engagement.

273

Inbound leads sitting unworked

Contact-sales form fills waited in a queue, even though inbound was converting far better than any outbound channel.

19/181

Accepted connections, never messaged

Reps got the connection accepted on LinkedIn, then the follow-up never went out.

?

No way to trace a deal to its source

No one could say which activity created which opportunity, so there was no way to know what to double down on.

What we build

Agents that do the work between the conversations.

Each one replaces a manual task your SDRs repeat every day. Reps keep the calls and the relationships. The agents handle the rest.

Sourcing

Signal sourcing

Hiring posts, funding, earnings, exec moves, and tech-stack changes are pulled daily, matched to your ICP, and deduped against the CRM.

list-building → arrives every morning
Qualification

ICP verification

Every lead gets a web-grounded fit verdict with a confidence score before a rep spends any time on it.

guesswork → scored, cited verdict
Research

Account maps

"Map me this account" returns the buying committee, who you already know, open threads, and strategy signals as a living doc.

2–3 hrs → ~3 min
Personalization

Researched openers

Each message opens with a specific, verified fact about the prospect and why it matters to them. Anything generic is held back before it reaches a rep.

templates → one-to-one at volume
Routing

Reply & inbound triage

Genuine replies are separated from out-of-office noise, drafted, and sent to the right rep's Slack. Inbound that sits longer than 24 hours gets escalated.

hours / missed → minutes, with a draft
Reporting

Attribution & pacing

Meetings and deals are traced back to the outreach that started them. Managers get a Monday pacing report they don't have to build.

metric debates → one auditable number
In production

Not a demo. A system that runs every weekday.

Case study · enterprise SaaS

A venture-backed AI software company selling to enterprise media and brands.

A small AE team, a large target universe, and pipeline coming almost entirely from reps' own sourcing. Outbound was busy, but no one could prove what it produced.

We audited the funnel against the CRM, cut the channels that weren't working, and built a cloud-scheduled agent pipeline. It sources, verifies, personalizes, sends, and routes replies on its own. Reps handle replies and meetings.

How we work

Build it. Teach it. Run it.

Your team doesn't buy another platform and figure it out alone. We stand up the system on your stack, train every rep, and keep it performing.

01

Build

weeks 1–6
  • Leak audit against your CRM data
  • Agent stack wired into your CRM, sequencer, and Slack
  • Guardrails, suppression lists, and deliverability set up first
  • Attribution live from day one
02

Enable

weeks 4–10
  • Live workshops by team and by pod
  • Every SDR sets up and runs their own agents
  • Recorded course plus written SOPs for each workflow
  • A rep champion on each team who builds new agents with us
03

Run

monthly
  • We operate and monitor the system with you
  • Daily health checks catch silent failures
  • New agents built as your motion changes
  • Monthly review: meetings, pipeline, adoption

Done for you

We build and run the core pipeline. Reps get the output without building anything.

Live training

Hands-on sessions where reps build agents for their own territory.

Course

Recorded modules for onboarding new hires at scale.

Written SOPs

One playbook per workflow, so the system outlasts any single person.

Built for large teams

Automation your RevOps and security teams will sign off on.

Deliverability circuit breakers

Per-sender caps and automatic pause on bounce spikes protect your domains.

Zero-data-retention models

LLM calls route through zero-retention endpoints, with fallbacks so one provider outage doesn't stop the system.

Full audit trail

Every send, reply, and outcome is logged, so you can always see what the agents did and why.

Humans own the conversation

Agents source, draft, and route. Reps approve replies and run every meeting.

Who builds it

Blake

I build GTM systems from inside sales teams, not from the outside. The production system above runs on infrastructure I designed and still operate: signal sourcing, enrichment waterfalls, AI personalization, CRM guardrails, and closed-loop attribution.

The approach is simple: measure what's real, cut what isn't, and automate what works.

Next step

See your own leaks before you decide anything.

Mapping your first three agents takes a real look at your data, not a guess on a first call. Here's how it works.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We talk through your team, your motion, and where you think pipeline is slipping.

  2. 02

    Audit access

Read-only access to your CRM and sequencer. We find where pipeline is actually leaking.

  3. 03

    Your agent map

The first three agents worth building, ranked by payback, with what each one replaces.
